abs help got code p1317

my abs activates when just coming to a normal stop.  Does this intermittently.  Anyone know what difference between rought road line low fault and high fault. any help would be appreciated.  thanks 97 disco 78,000mi

How bad do you want your ABS? My 95 had the same problem. Pull the fuse under the hood and call it good. That's my advice haha

thanks for the info kara.  Bummer though but I guess thats how the disco rolls.  I still might try to screw with it.  Let you know If i come across a miracle.
