hmmm. It's fine on my account? Maybe I have the default wrong? I'll check. Sorry about that.

Follow up post:

Just looked. Everyone was still on Greenwich MeanTime. I mustn't have changed the default when I imported everyone over. Went through and changed everyone over now.

For future reference, you can change that preference in the UserCP.
