You're only as young, or as old as you feel. Which makes me the site grandfather. Damn, do I feel old. I fell down a staircas at work from the second floor to the first floor yesterday. Every rung on the way down on my tailbone. I could barely get on the motorcycle to ride home last night, and spent almost an hour in the jacuzzi tub. I hate getting old!
